My journey began with a passion for online marketing, building websites and launching ad campaigns in my free time. That curiosity quickly evolved into a career.

Today, I lead the Paid Media strategy for Google Ads at Pinckney Harmon Marketing, a Charlotte-based agency where I continue to refine my skills and drive results for a diverse range of clients. Over the years, I’ve optimized dozens of accounts, increased web traffic, and helped businesses attract high-quality leads — all while focusing on growth, retention, and ROI. Leveraging my experience, I’ve actively mentored team members to foster their growth and contribute to our collective success.
